Spent 2 unforgettable days in the paradise of Fanjingshan!

Hello everyone, welcome back to Orange's travel channel! Finally made it to the long-awaited Fanjingshan, and was blessed with clear skies and a sea of clouds!! So lucky! Here’s a hassle-free and photogenic guide for you all~ · 🚄: Take the train from Guangzhou South to Tongren (China's Matcha Hometown), then carpool or hitch a ride to the scenic area (~1h). 🏡 Stay at a hotel/B&B at the mountain base to enter early and catch the first cable car—no queues! ☁ Clear skies after rain increase chances of sea of clouds. Bring rain gear and non-slip shoe covers if rainy. Mornings are chilly—wear a windbreaker. · 🌈 Recommended route: East Line ✔ Enter from Fanjingshan’s East Gate around 8 AM. Take a shuttle to the cable car station, then a 20-min ride up. Book the Hongyun Golden Summit slot in advance to skip long queues! ✔ After the cable car, a 15-min shortcut: Walk downhill from the cable car entrance. 5 mins to Wanbao Rock Viewpoint, then 10 mins uphill to Pudu Square— the entrance to Hongyun Golden Summit!! ✔ Prefer Hongyun over Old Golden Summit. Gloves help for some sections (~1h round trip). If energetic, hike to Mushroom Stone and Old Golden Summit afterward (~1.5h). Misty trails and forest light are magical~ ✔ Head back by cable car around 3 PM. · 🌈 Qisu·Fanjingshan Retreat My vote for Fanjingshan’s hidden paradise!! 🌿 Just 2 km from the East Gate, with shuttle services. Vast golf lawns, babbling streams, lush forests— like Nalati in Xinjiang!! Stayed in a mountain-view loft: Floor-to-ceiling windows on both levels frame stunning landscapes. Days spent strolling, sipping tea, watching clouds; nights with music 🎶, free karaoke 🆓, and books 📖. Pure relaxation after hiking! P.S. The food is divine— try braised beef, farmer’s cured pork with fern cake, and roasted chicken!
