Headwater forest, Ban Nam Rat

The water at the headwaters is very clear. We rented a canoe. At first, we wanted to bring someone to paddle, but we saw that most people were paddling by themselves, so we wanted to try it. It was really difficult. My arms hurt, but we paddled until we reached the finish line, which had a rope barrier (most people don't make it). At first, we were about to give up because it was quite far for people to paddle back and forth. Sometimes, we went in circles. But I guess we took too long until the officer came to check on us. He asked if we could do it and asked if we could help paddle. But we're cool people, so it's okay. We can do it. Haha. My arms hurt. The water is very clear. We like the paddling area more than the swimming area because the atmosphere is great. It's quiet and peaceful. We're really close to nature. The area where they let us swim is like a swimming pool. The water is clear and blue, but there are fish. Luckily, we came on a Monday, so there weren't many people. Oh, there are also things for sale here. There are many vendors and the food is not expensive. You can come and eat here and support the locals. The selling area is next to the parking lot. You can only bring your phone, wallet, or camera inside. You can't bring food or drinks (not even water). You can't bring big bags. They have lockers for rent. #trip
