Walking past the stone wall, I stopped in front of a sculpture of a phoenix. Its wings were like poetry, its eyes were bright, and its beak felt like it was gently touching my eyebrows. The moment I saw it, I smiled and whispered, "I can accept your kiss!" It was not a statue, not an illusion, it was a feeling beyond language, as if time had stopped, and I and the divine bird understood each other. Even though I am still floating in the world, I still believe that I have a noble soul. The phoenix kissed me just to let me remember: I also have wings and can fly. Walking on the dragon-patterned stone road, looking up at the solemn building with stacked eaves and a sky-high roof, I visited the pagoda. Smelling the familiar smell of incense, I was actually unusually calm at this time. This imitation Minnan temple building and Formosa Street are small places for mainlanders to peek into our life and culture, but every place depicts the prosperity of Taiwan in the past. When the colorful lights around slowly light up, I couldn't help but smile and make a "YA" gesture, standing next to the crooked mailbox and taking a photo with the desolation. "Formosa Street" looks like it has fallen into decline... It used to concentrate the warmth of Taiwan's street scene: fried chicken, bubble tea, and braised food, but there are probably not many people interested in visiting now... The feeling of homesickness was suddenly awakened by this street. I walked slowly and strolled slowly. Anyway, I was not in a hurry to leave. I also had a hearty taro ice cream at Fresh Taro Fairy to cool off.
