Treasure Hotel for Business and Leisure in Liuzhou

This summer, I came to Liuzhou for a business trip and brought my family along for some sightseeing. We chose the Borrman Hotel near Yaobu Ancient Town, just 700 meters away. Since I often travel for work, we drove here this time. Here's my overall impression: 1. The hotel offers both underground and ground-level parking, with elevator access, which is very convenient. Liuzhou is currently 36°C with occasional showers. The underground parking keeps the car safe from sun and rain, providing a great experience. 2. The hotel is 700 meters from Yaobu Ancient Town, making it an easy walk in the evening with kids. The town is full of food, drinks, entertainment, photo spots, and unique Liuzhou attractions. Since the hotel is not located inside the ancient town, it’s quieter and less crowded. The hotel also has elevator access control for added privacy. 3. The hotel is just 200 meters from the Industrial Museum, a 3-minute walk, which is perfect for families with kids. The museum is free, and most attractions in Liuzhou, except the zoo, are free, which is very welcoming. 4. The hotel seems to be centrally located in Liuzhou. It’s just a few kilometers from attractions like the music fountain, night cruises on the Liujiang River, Ma'anshan hiking, water buses, Longtan Park, Qingyun Morning Market, and the high-speed rail station. Over the past few days, I’ve explored these places with my family, and the location is incredibly convenient. It’s also just a few hundred meters from the Sunshine 100 Business District where I had my business meetings. 5. Regarding the hotel itself, every chain hotel has its unique style. What impressed me most was their laundry service. After a tiring day, the washing machines and dryers were in high demand, with several people waiting in line. Guests could place their dirty clothes in a basket with a laundry card, and the staff would wash, dry, and hang them on your room door. 6. The hotel also offers business meals. For premium rooms, it’s 14.9 yuan per person, which is just enough for a bowl of soup noodles via delivery. For deluxe rooms, the meals are free. The meal includes four dishes, a soup, fruits, juice, and coffee, all home-style dishes. Since it’s scorching at noon and hard to find a place to eat, this is very convenient for business travelers. The hotel manager mentioned that both breakfast and lunch are cooked with locally pressed peanut oil, which adds a fragrant flavor and is healthier than takeout. 7. What surprised me was the manager’s flexibility. She mentioned that weekend prices during the summer might be higher, but if it exceeds your reimbursement limit, you can contact them directly for booking. They’ll try to adjust within their authority. If you must book through corporate channels, they’ll help coordinate. The friendly manager joked that within their authority, they wouldn’t let their guests "pay to work." The hotel’s management truly considers every detail for their guests.
