Natural rock pools at Bridgebay

We walked along the coastal trail to Bridgebay. We heard that there was a natural rock pool here, and clear puddles would be exposed when the tide receded. But when we arrived, there was only an undulating reef in front of us, half-hidden by the rising tide, and the waves kept washing the rock surface. Where was the rock pool? When we were wondering, a girl next to us pointed to the area covered by sea water in front of us: "It's here, where you are looking now - the tide rose and hid it." Only then did we understand that those seemingly ordinary reefs would form natural shallow pools after the tide receded. At this moment, the sea water was slowly flooding over the cracks in the rocks, occasionally revealing a few deeper depressions, but they were soon filled up by the new waves. In the distance, a few seagulls stood on a slightly higher reef, as if waiting for a feast at low tide. The girl added: "You have to come early in the morning or in the evening. When the tide is low, the entire rock pool will be exposed, like a small mirror embedded in the rocks."
