Ibis Osaka Umeda Hotel

We w anted to be close to Umeda (Osaka) train station and as I'm an ACCOR member, booked this IBIS. Great location, accessible to station (and u/ground Metro), even via an u/ground connection (we didn't use) as well as flat street walk. Excellent hotel staff on front desk (even an Indian lass) and the adjoining restaurant. Did great drinks n' tapas (cheeses too) and we stayed for dinner too (excellent). Brekkie was buffet and had a good selection of local/western foods. Rooms are the usual local small (was very compact) and with a double bed, no space for bags nor even 2 people to move around the room. U could be in bed and almost touch everything in the room. Great for a single nite's stay. The bathroom was very narrow (see photo), the shower a "closet" with cupboard-like glass door. #hiking#themepark#zoo#nationalpark
