Osaka🇯🇵

Japan Travel Review Osaka Pastel Memories in a Warm Land 🍡🍁🍜 For us, traveling to Osaka… It’s not just another trip abroad, but it’s about touching a small dream that’s been in our hearts for a long time. A city full of colors, delicious food, kind people, and a warm feeling even in the cold weather. 🍃 Since stepping off the plane, the first feeling that embraced us was the authentic Japanese atmosphere. Everything looked cute and orderly, the airport, trains, stations, and people walking around rhythmically. Everything seemed to come out of an anime scene. ☁️ When we arrived at our accommodation, just opening the window, we saw the view of the city lined up in an orderly manner. We could also hear the sound of trains passing by every now and then instead of the chaotic traffic we were used to. The feeling was… it was quiet but not lonely at all. 🍃 Osaka = The city of food!! 🍙🍡 I must say that anyone who loves to eat will definitely fall in love with Osaka~ I’m a person who focuses more on eating than looking at the view every time I travel, haha. And Osaka is a paradise for people like me. Starting with Takoyaki, which must be eaten hot. The aroma hit your nose even before you reach the shop. The soft round balls have large pieces of squid inside, generously sprinkled with dried bonito flakes that dance on top of the takoyaki. It's a charm that can't be explained enough. 🐙 Next up is okonomiyaki, or Japanese pizza, with cabbage, eggs, flour, ham, and delicious sauce. We chose the classic version and asked for another fried egg on top. It's so good that you have to close your eyes while chewing. 🤤 While walking around the city, you'll see small sweet shops. Selling red bean-filled mochi, green tea daifuku, or Japanese-style crepes with fresh fruits and lots of whipped cream. You can eat and walk around without getting bored. 🍓🍰 Shopping in a forest of cuteness 💸🐻 Osaka is a city where, in addition to being good at eating, Still diligently luring us with the cuteness of many shops, such as Don Quijote, which is hard to get out of every time you go in because there are a lot of things, cheap things, and everything seems to be telling us, "Buy it, baby, buy it~" 😂 Shinsaibashi is another place where we walk around so much. There are clothing stores, shoes, bags, shops selling knickknacks, cute cafes, and even second-hand shops with lots of good stuff hidden inside. Walking around makes your wallet shake every 5 minutes (but your heart jumps every second~) Lights, colors, and smiles at Dotonbori 🌈🎡 If Osaka was a stage play, Dotonbori would be the climax! Whether it's the Glico sign that everyone has to take a picture with, or the canal with the reflection of colorful neon signs, it's like another world that brightens up at night. We stood by the bridge and watched people walk by. Some were tourists like us, some were Japanese people walking home, some came with their lovers, some came with friends. Everyone seemed to have smiles on their faces. We couldn't stop smiling too 🧡 Cuteness in the little details 🐾 One thing that made us fall in love with Osaka is the attention to the little details, such as having soft music in the restroom, trains that are punctual to the minute, or even the smile of the uncle who stands at the intersection waving for a bus 🍃 Even the stray cat that was sunbathing next to the shrine looked happy in its own way, so we secretly sat next to it and asked to rest our hearts in the silence of Japan 🐱 Cute cafes that melt the heart 💕☕ Osaka has so many cute cafes that we didn't want to leave the shop~ We found a shop decorated in pastel tones, full of dolls and vintage knickknacks, ordered a small piece of chiffon cake and light tea, and sat by the window looking at the street outside. It was a simple but very special time 🎀 Some shops have dogs and cats, and some shops are owned by a kind Japanese old lady who doesn't speak English well, but communicates with smiles and hearts. We almost hugged her 🥹 This atmosphere makes me want to freeze time... Osaka is not a city that is super luxurious. It's not a city that's so rushed that it's tiring, but it's a lovely city in its own way. A city that makes us walk slowly, take a deep breath, and feel grateful for deciding to come here. And above all else... It's a city that makes us laugh with our friends, eat snacks we've never eaten before, get lost and find a secret shop, sit and talk to cats, and look up at the stars in the middle of a big city. 🌟 Osaka... Thank you for making me fall in love with you so much that I can't stop. 💙 ⸻ If you're reading this review and are hesitating about going to Osaka... Don't think too long. Because sometimes, a little happiness might be waiting for us on a street corner in Osaka. A lovely city that never forces anyone to love, but wins our hearts without even trying. 🍡🧳✨ ⸻ #TravelAbroad #Osaka
