Designed by renowned designer Andre Fu, the hotel reinterprets the refined geometric forms of Art Deco through a uniquely Japanese lens. The creative inspiration stems from the Yodoko Guest House in Osaka, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in 1918—an Art Deco project blending layered symmetry, rhythmic patterns, and exquisite craftsmanship. As a signature venue of the Waldorf brand, Peacock Alley has long been a gathering place for social elites, frequented by legendary stars like Frank Sinatra, Marilyn Monroe, and Elizabeth Taylor. The Peacock Alley Lounge at Waldorf Astoria Osaka continues this tradition, combining the grandeur of the New York flagship with distinctive Japanese elegance.
