Thac Bac (Silver Waterfall, Sapa)

#summervacay The Silver Waterfall is a beautiful stop along the route to Heaven’s Gate in Sapa. During summer, the falls are full and roaring, surrounded by thick, green forest. The air here is cool and crisp, a welcome contrast to the hot lowlands. I climbed a short path to a viewing platform and stood in awe of the glistening cascades. It’s a quick but powerful nature moment while exploring the north.
