Shenzhen's Hidden Gem: Stunning Ocean Views and the Most Beautiful Sunset

Located next to Guanhu Beach, this newly opened guesthouse in Guanhu Village, Shenzhen, is just about an hour's drive from the Liantang Port. Following the coastal road, you'll arrive in no time. Before check-in, the housekeeper will contact you to arrange everything, including booking a photographer. The guesthouse offers a complimentary 20-minute photo session, with no limit on the number of people. All photos taken during this time are yours to keep. Here, you'll enjoy endless ocean views and gentle sunlight. We booked a four-person room, which spans two floors and includes three shower rooms and two toilets. The second floor features a room with a ball pit and a tent, all themed around Toy Story. Even though we didn't have kids with us, the adults had a great time playing there. When we got tired, we relaxed in the ball pit, enjoying the sea view and chatting. For dinner, we ordered delivery from nearby restaurants offering clay oven chicken, seafood, and skewers. Despite heavy rain delaying the delivery, the housekeeper went out of their way to find one missing order and personally delivered it to our door. Additionally, breakfast and afternoon tea can be arranged by the housekeeper to be delivered right to your room, which is incredibly thoughtful. While Guanhu Beach is the only nearby attraction, staying in the room to watch movies, enjoy the sea view, and chat is equally delightful. The mattress was so comfortable that we fell asleep instantly. The guesthouse also gifted us a $100 cash voucher, which we used to order durian pizza from their restaurant. Surprisingly, it was of exceptional quality, and everyone couldn't stop praising it. After seeing our photos, friends are eager to book their stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience—a perfect retreat to unwind after a busy work schedule!
