National Museum of Bukovina

Not only is it original and comparable to first-class places abroad in terms of curatorial presentation, but the heritage of artifacts from thousands of years ago or old books themselves is also worth visiting. Everything in the museum is translated into English and the museum is organized chronologically, starting with the Cucuteni culture and even earlier, moving through antiquity, the Middle Ages, modern times, and all the way to the present era and beyond. Some of the history is a little sketchy, but visitors are sure to gain an impressively clear and coherent understanding of Bukovina's past. Archaeology enthusiasts will definitely like this place, highly recommended.
