Live seafood is steamed to perfection, retaining its natural flavor. The sweet and spicy clams are addictive, the sea cucumber fried rice is so delicious you'll lick the plate, and the spicy crab noodles and mackerel dumplings are authentic. About 70 RMB per person—definitely the place for seafood! ✅ **Weihai Laogubei Wonton** Their wontons have thin wrappers and generous fillings. The shepherd's purse filling is refreshing and very authentic. ✅ **Uncle’s Roujiamo** Uncle’s Roujiamo is absolutely amazing! Hand-kneaded dough makes the buns crispy outside and soft inside, stuffed with tender braised meat that wobbles. The fatty parts are fragrant, the lean parts are tender, and drizzled with meat juice—it's simply divine when eaten hot! ✅ **Weihai Bistro** The seafood BBQ and sea urchin dumplings here are a match made in heaven! The skewers are grilled to perfection—crispy outside, juicy inside, with a smoky aroma. The sea urchin dumplings speak for themselves: the wrappers are so thin they’re translucent, and the filling is packed with the sweet umami of sea urchin. Every bite feels like tasting the essence of the ocean—unforgettable!
