This trip to the Sanxingdui Museum was absolutely worth it!

We just left Sanxingdui after 5 PM, and the whole family was starving. We headed straight to our booked hotel. After checking in, we quickly went to the nearby Xiaoyue Restaurant for dinner. It was peak dining time and quite crowded, but thankfully the hotel concierge had reserved a table for us in advance, saving us the hassle of waiting. After dinner, we strolled back to the hotel. The moment we opened the door, the view before us left us spellbound—the evening sunlight was exceptionally gentle, casting a soft golden hue over the scenery outside the window, serene yet with a touch of mystery. Having just immersed ourselves in the millennia-old Shu civilization at Sanxingdui, encountering such a twilight at the hotel made the entire trip feel truly worthwhile.
