Get Wild at Khao Kheow Open Zoo

#summervacay Had the best time exploring Khao Kheow Open Zoo in Chonburi! It’s not your usual zoo, this place is HUGE and super open. You can either hop on a tram or rent a golf cart to get around, which is honestly part of the fun. The animals aren’t just behind glass; you can feed giraffes, deer, and even elephants. I got licked by a giraffe and it made my day 😂 There’s also a super cute penguin parade and animal shows throughout the day. Everything felt really relaxed and natural, like a safari but way more chill. The zoo is super green with lots of trees, so even in the heat it wasn’t unbearable. Pro tip: go early, wear comfy shoes, and bring water! Great for families, couples, or even solo travelers who just wanna hang with animals. It’s close enough to Pattaya for a day trip, and honestly, it’s one of the more underrated spots in Chonburi. Loved it!
