This is the largest wooden building in the Guinness World Records. Cypress and cedar were used to build the scope of the Osaka Expo in Yumeshima. The designer is Sou Fujimoto, one of the most talented designers in modern Japan. He graduated from the University of Tokyo and is still teaching at the University of Tokyo.
